Jedward talk about post-X Factor girlfriends

With the dust still settling after their exit from X Factor on Sunday, John and Edward Grimes have been revealing all about their future plans.
And one question on every reporter's lips is girls... will the boys be taking advantage of the amount of female admirers they've now got?
But sadly, ladies, it doesn’t seem so.
John told Digital Spy: "I think that at the end of the day, our main focus is this... If you have a girlfriend - well you don't want to be missing anybody.
"If you are going around everywhere, it's hard to have a girlfriend.
"We've only just turned 18 and it's hard to commit to something that big.
"It's cool to have girls and do whatever - I'm only messing - I don't do any stuff, OK, I'm cool.
"Whatever happens, happens. You've got to know someone first.
"It either happens or it doesn't. It's not about being desperate."
