John and Edward deserved to stay say Miss Frank
Tuesday, 27th October 2009.
X Factor rejects Miss Frank reckon John and Edward Grimes deserve to have made it through to week four of the show.
The Irish twins have caused a stir with their out-of-tune yet highly entertaining performances on the X Factor.
But London trio Miss Frank - who received the fewest public votes in last Sunday's live results show - give credit to the boys' resolve.
When asked if she thought John and Edward are in danger of undermining the show singer Shaniece Davis old Digital Spy: "People will have their own opinion. We personally love them. They are doing their thing, working really hard and I respect them for that.
"They deserve to be there and I have no problem with them being there. I'm glad they are still in the competition.
"They have such a strong backbone and people have been really nasty to them. They just keep going with their heads held high and performing wicked every week. We've seen them progress and grow."
I take my hat off to them
Miss Frank rapper Graziella Affinita added: "Those boys are so strong. They have come from Dublin, left their families and are living in a big, fast town called London. There's massive pressure on them and my hat comes off to them."
John and Edward have battled through each week of The X Factor despite judge Simon Cowell repeatedly labeling their performances "appalling".
Graziella reveals that it's the duo's positive outlook is what makes them impervious to criticism: "Their outlook to life is so different to everyone else," she added.
"They just live in this happy land, where no person can touch their innocent vibe they have.
"It's the sort of thing only children can have. I'm kind of jealous of them because I wish I could be so free."
You can see John and Edward perform during The X Factor's Rock Week on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1.
