Philip Taylor sacked for love

Apprentice hopeful Philip Taylor became the latest candidate to be fired from the show last night following the most flirtatious task ever.
Philip took his eyes a little too far off the task as his relationship with fellow contestant Kate Walsh was revealed in the boardroom by rival Lorraine Tighe.
29-year-old Philip got the boot after Sir Alan discovered the real reason behind his dreadful performance in the task which saw his team travel to Liverpool and Manchester to hear new British inventors pitch their products.
The former estate Agent from County Durham made no sales at all during the 2-day task and consequently ended up on the losing side, being hauled back into Sir Alan's firing line by project manager Lorraine along with love interest Kate.
Tighe openly criticised the romantic duo in the boardroom: "I just think they were on a jolly day out to be honest," she told Sir Alan.
"Outside of this boardroom there is a close friendship going on here and I believe on that day it did affect their ability."
Sir Alan admitted he disliked Philip's attitude: "I think I'm clear in my mind that your bravado and attitude isn't going to fit in my organisation."
Speaking afterwards, Taylor said he believed he had had the potential "to go a lot further".
Let's be fair though Phillip, you were lucky to survive the Pants Man debacle.
