Jennie McAlpine ditches the diet

Corrie favourite Jennie McAlpine has piled the pounds back on after recently shedding over three stone.
The 24 year-old - who plays Fiz on the Street - slimmed from 13st to 10 ½ st in early 2008.
Her secret wasn’t hitting the gym though.
Instead, Jennie made small changes in the food she ate and got a little bit more active.
A Now Magazine source said: "She lost weight playing on her Nintendo Wii and walking to work, as well as things like swapping burgers for salads.
"There was no tough training schedule or starvation diet."
But she was snapped looking a tad plumper as she arrived on set to film the ITV1 soap this week.
The source added: "Since she returned from filming the Coronation Street Christmas DVD in South Africa, her efforts to keep up a healthy regime have gone to pot.
"The change in routine has thrown her and as it gets colder it’s easier to tuck into the stodge at the Corrie canteen than think carefully about what she eats."
